Stockbridge recorded 13 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $200,000 to $3,625,000 with a median of $305,000. The period's top sale was a $3,625,000 transaction recorded Aug. 3, sold by Jason Macioge to Noah T. Kerner's revocable trust; no street address was listed. Two other disclosed sales, 28 Glendale Road ($305,000) and 12 Wheatleigh Drive ($200,000), both went to a bank or credit union as buyer. With 10 of 13 transfers carrying no disclosed price, the data offer only a partial view of market conditions this period.
