The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 15 Stockbridge transactions between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four had a sale price recorded. Those ranged from $202,000 to $595,000, with a median of $475,000. The period's highest recorded sale was 1 Pixley Hill Road at $595,000, sold by O. Stephen Paganuzzi Jr., trustee, and the Noreen A. Brierton Trust to Joshua Langer Ginsberg and Joahn Kari Ginsberg. Several recorded documents, including multiple filings tied to Pixley Hill Road, Glendale Road and Larrywaug Crossroad properties, reflect mortgages, discharges or assignments rather than new sales, meaning the 15-count figure overstates the number of distinct transactions.
