Twelve Stockbridge Deeds Recorded, But Just Two Carry a Price So Far
Stockbridge recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only two carried a sale price by the time of this report: $895,000 for 10 Prospect Hill Road and $1,200,000 for 15 Interlaken Cross Road, the period's top sale. The two-sale median was $1,047,500. Prices for the other 10 transfers were not yet available, a normal recording lag rather than nondisclosure. Five transfers named the town of Stockbridge as buyer, and Interlaken Cross Road saw three separate deeds recorded. With most prices still pending, the data does not support characterizing the month's market as active or quiet.
