Stockbridge Records 13 Deed Transfers, Led by Twin $950,000 Shamrock Street Sales
Stockbridge recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Five carry a sale price so far, ranging from $190,000 to $950,000 with a median of $750,000; the other eight show price not yet available. The period's most notable transaction was a pair of matching $950,000 sales on Shamrock Street, both to NBT Bank NA. Separately, the Town of Stockbridge was the buyer in eight of the 13 transfers, seven of them from a single seller, Roaring LLC, meaning much of this period's recorded volume reflects municipal acquisition rather than open-market turnover.
