Stockbridge recorded 15 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three deeds had a sale price recorded, ranging from $200,000 to $305,000 with a median of $220,000. Maple Lane saw the most recording activity, with three deeds across two addresses, none listing a price. The town of Stockbridge also appeared as a buyer in two recordings. With prices recorded in only a fifth of transfers, the data offers limited insight into current market pricing.
