Stockbridge's Priciest Recorded Sale Hits $3.6 Million as Most Deed Prices Go Unlisted

Fifteen property-related deeds were recorded in Stockbridge from July 24 to Aug. 22, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $200,000 to $3,625,000 with a median of $595,000. The period's top sale, an undisclosed address that sold for $3,625,000 on Aug. 3, went from seller Jason Macioge to a trust held by Noah T. Kerner. Activity clustered on Glendale Road and Pixley Hill Road, where multiple filings touched the same properties, and the Town of Stockbridge acquired 200 Old Stockbridge Road from a family trust. With 80 percent of records lacking price data, including several trust transfers and bank mortgage filings, the disclosed figures alone don't support broader conclusions about market tone.
