Only Three of 14 Stockbridge Property Transfers List a Sale Price
Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 14 Stockbridge property transactions between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three carried a recorded sale price: $100,000 for 10 Main St, $220,000 for 10 Lake Dr, and $305,000 for 28 Glendale Rd, the period's top sale. The median among those three recorded sales was $220,000. Lee Bank was the buyer in all three. The remaining 11 filings were mortgage discharges or family/trust transfers without a listed price, including three separate transactions tied to Maple Lane. With most records lacking price data, the dataset offers limited visibility into overall market values this period.
